More than just an exercise program
To further support your health and well-being goals, our trainers will also introduce you to some interesting facts, tips and ideas about other health and well-being topics including sleep, nutrition and mindfulness. You’ll receive a Move with Women Participant Booklet and a FREE resistance band to help you continue your exercise between sessions!

You don’t need to worry about buying or bringing any special clothing or exercise equipment! We recommend you wear comfortable clothing, suitable footwear and bring a water bottle, towel and your Move with Women Participant Booklet.
Move with Women has specifically been designed to support all women regardless of age, background and fitness level. Our trainers are able to adjust the program to suit wherever you are at on your health and fitness journey. Although this program is delivered by Diabetes NSW & ACT you don’t need to have diabetes to sign up to this program. For programs specific to people living with diabetes please visit diabetesnsw.com.au
